Family of Deceased Child Receives $75,000 in Wrongful Death Case

A six year old child was killed when a 16 year old ran over him in a tragic accident. The child's parents sought compensation from the driver who had only $25,000 in liability insurance. The parents of the child had underinsurance coverage with two companies, both of whom refused payment claiming the child was at fault in the accident. That's when the parents sought our help.
