Daniel Braun
Daniel Braun is a Louisville native and trial attorney whose practice is grounded in service, advocacy, and strong communication. He focuses on civil litigation and personal injury matters, bringing a client-centered approach to every case.
Daniel's client-centered approach was shaped by his early work as a public defender serving indigent citizens across the Commonwealth. Since joining Becker Law Office in 2022, he has represented Kentuckians with diligence, compassion, and a commitment to pursuing just outcomes in civil court, including trying multiple cases to verdict.
Daniel earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2016, where he clerked for Judges in Jefferson District Court and the United States Attorney's Office. He graduated from Bellarmine University's Honors Program summa cum laude, with multiple awards and recognition from faculty. Daniel learned his passion for service earlier still, during his years at Trinity High School.
He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, the Kentucky Justice Association, and The National Trial Lawyers Association, where he is named among the Top 40 Lawyers Under 40.
Deeply committed to service, Daniel currently volunteers with JCPS to help educate high school students about the Law and offer insight into its practice in the civil context. He values opportunities to serve others both in and outside the office.
Daniel enjoys reading as well as road trips with his wife and daughter, who endure his singing with grace.
Because of his long-felt dedication to helping others, Daniel fell naturally into the rhythms of representing the injured.
